Our Hiring Process

USTech Solutions primarily supports professional “white-collar” roles and does not hire workers in manufacturing, construction, mining, hospitality, agriculture, or other manual labor sectors.

Our hiring process includes:

  • Sourcing candidates from professional job boards and networking platforms.
  • Conducting at least two interviews (in-person or via video chat).
  • Providing a formal Employment Agreement, detailing payroll, benefits, and termination rights.
  • Issuing an Employee Handbook and Safety Manual, which outlines procedures for reporting concerns.

Employees can report any concerns confidentially without fear of retaliation.

Our Supply Chains

Due to our service-based business model, USTech Solutions has a limited supply chain. We lease office spaces in commercial buildings where landlords manage property services such as energy supply, maintenance, cleaning, and security.

We procure office supplies and IT equipment from reputable retailers. Unlike manufacturing businesses, we do not have material suppliers, and most of the workers we place are direct employees rather than subcontracted workers.

Due Diligence

All subcontractors must sign a contract that includes strict compliance requirements, such as:

  • Adherence to human rights laws.
  • Ensuring workers have proper identification and legal work authorization.
  • Guaranteeing fair wages and reasonable working hours.
  • Prohibiting forced labor and allowing workers the freedom to resign.
  • Banning sub-subcontracting (additional subcontracting layers).

    Subcontractor Compliance Checks

    Before engaging a subcontractor, we conduct thorough due diligence, including:
    ✔ Verifying business registration, licenses, and insurance.
    ✔ Screening the subcontractor’s business and owner(s) against global sanctions databases.
    ✔ Conducting identity verification, criminal background checks, and employment/education history verification for workers.

    Monitoring & Audits

    • Annual audits ensure continued compliance.
    • Surprise audits may be conducted at any time.
    • Our employees are trained to identify red flags, including:

      • Refusal to participate in video interviews.
      • Shared contact details (phone/email) among multiple candidates.
      • Unusual similarities in resumes.

    Workers placed via subcontractors have a direct line of communication with USTech Solutions and are encouraged to report concerns confidentially, without fear of retaliation.

    If a subcontractor is found engaging in modern slavery, USTech Solutions will:

    1. Act swiftly to protect affected workers.
    2. Notify the proper authorities.
    3. Terminate our business relationship with the subcontractor.
