A maturity model can be viewed as a set of structured levels that describe how well the behaviors, practices and processes of an organization can reliably and sustainably produce required outcomes.

USTECH has been appraised as a CMMI Level 3 organization by satisfying the requirements of multiple appraisal model areas using the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPISM) approach. The SCAMPI method involves the review of documents and presentations, as well as interviews with company leaders and practitioners to determine whether requirements for CMMI Levels have been met.
